Contribuisci feedbackThis is not our first time there and in previous places we would have had 5 stars. we ordered the same food, but this time the filet was a strange splashy cut, served cold and very salty. the side of the mushrooms was also salted and the Caesar salad was limp, the romaine salat had brown edges and the part was very vaccinated. Moreover, the dressing was not really mixed. we have said our waiter and he has just quenched it, which was very surprising for a high endesses. this is not what one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber and price tag.
The second time here. I have the short rib dinner again, but this time my cut was sooooo-fat and the portions without fat were hard. it was a bummer in the consideration how delicious it was a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't even finish half of it. my man has cooked the filet medium and although it was properly cooked, it was strangely dry. not tender. this is probably our last time to eat here unfortunately. too expensive to take a chance on another meal. we stay on cocktails and the laundry at the bar.
My date and I loved it. New, modern and quite a pleasant surprise in my home town of Conshy.
The food was not good. The only delicious thing was the crispy rice. Our server was wonderful though.
Disheartening dining experience that included a bait and switch. The dinner was to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We ordered the tomahawk and salmon entrees, however, the server decided to put in the meat platter instead of the tomahawk which resulted in a delivery of the tomahawk and porterhouse. I being a pescatarian did not realize this and by the time I figure it out, the meats were sliced and squished into our table. Not only was there extra meat, but there was the unexpected increased charge. Not wanting to cause any unpleasantness for the birthday dinner, I pushed on. The table was in fact too small for the board the meats came on as my partner opted to eat from the board and asked for his plate to be taken away. This was after he confirmed with the server we would have plenty of space. There was no acknowledgement of the birthday celebration. The food was just ok. Would expect more flavors and creativity for a self-proclaimed fine dining establishment. Additionally, my partner was bumped into my servers and guests up to 20 times during the dinner. He didn’t want the chair bumps to spoil the dinner and made light of the situation that instead of birthday candles celebrating his birthday it’s now being bumped during dinner. There was also an unfortunate wine glass shattering incident that occurred near us. The servers were not diligent in cleaning the glass shards and I had to point out that a piece was missed.
