Pizza Hut - Conversation, Rushville

The food was good. The service was good, but waiting on the salad bar to be added to the buffet before the next trip.

There were 2 girls working that day, the one that waited on us was great could not ask for a better waitress. The other girl was rude and was cussing a lot. We had to hear the f word at least 20 or more times. Plus many others. The girl that was waiting on us was doing carry out and the dining room both, she was starting to get a little behind and asked the rude one for a couple of minutes of help and was told f you I am on my break where 's my bread sticks. We felt sorry for our waitress there were a lot of people getting take out. We were there Saturday February 3rd about 3:00 or so. If I were the boss the fat girl would have been fired on the spot and she would never got her bread sticks. She pretty munch ruined our lunch. I said something to our waitress and she said it was normal with that employee. This was the Pizza Hut in Rushville, Indiana.

Ordered a big box online for delivery. My order was wrong when I opened it. I tried to call pizza hut and it rang multiple times until it seemed to hang up . I tried several more times to call the restaurant but no one would ever answer the phone. $45 on my credit card and I cant get ahold of the restaurant. The food I did receive was cold, the pizza was all dough with very little toppings. The toppings that were on it were poorly distributed. Up to this point still unable to make contact with any actual person at the restaurant but my call was routed to a call center in the Philippines...They couldn 't help me!

Am really upset. Waited forever to even order then waited a long time on a very expensive pizza that was delivered to a LG party across from us. If the party didn't ask if we were waiting on the pizza that they didn't order we mite have waited alot longer. I couldn't believe that there were no prices posted anywhere, until we got rung up then I understood. We would have left if we'd known what they were going to charge us. And then to wait on a big party to relise that the Xtra pizza was ours and it was cold who knows how long we would have waited. Oh and the big party brought us plates and napkins. I'll never go in another pizza hut. Never.

Ordered a pizza for delivery last week. It was wrong. They gave me a $20 credit. Great, Ordered my food for delivery again today to use the credit. Got my order. Wrong again!!! And not even cut! Pizza completly fell apart. And then I called and they only wanted to give me a $15 dollar credit this time. And for me to come pick it up. Plus both ladies I spoke with was very rude. Will go to dominos or pizza king from now on.
