Bill Miller -b-q - Converse

This B. Millers is inconsistent with quality and service. My trip this week for takeout was not good. I got home without fries and my spouse and I both got pinto beans, which were inedible because of the salt content.

Brisket was super dry, thought i was eating a biscuit from popeyes. I gave 2 stars because the pecan pie was good my order was ready when i got there and staff was nice but that brisket was drrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy. The brisket was the only reason i ordered so yea very disappointed.

Ist time at this location for lunch. As always, great food. Good value.Food: 5/5

Saalad is bad, lettuce is all brown and cheese dried up. Could not eat any of it. Got it in drive thru so didn't see it until I got home.

Got 2 chicken straps, gravy was all over the food, guess they either threw it in bag or lid wasn't on tight, total messFood: 3/5
