Little Caesars Pizza - Converse

Called in a pizza order and was told 20-25 minutes. We get there to get pizza and was told to go to drive thru. Went to drive thru paid and was told to pull around front it’s still gonna be 5 to 10 more minutes. So after waiting 50 minutes for our pizza’s they bring them out and when checking them they were not made correctly. Ordered pizza light sauce and got extra sauce. Ordered a stuff crust pepperoni and got a regular pepperoni pizza. When I asked to speak to manager the guy said he was the manager and I told him and all he said was ok and went back inside and locked the door. Worst service ever.

I was impressed that the employee brought the pizza out to my car when it was ready. Thank you!

Everything's okay when you order. After that, it all goes down hill Waited, 35 minutes. Waited to get a pizza that I didn't even order just left there was 4 other people doing same thing

Garbage manager laughed about food not being correct and said better check with the delivery driver and hung the phone

A perfect example of fast and great customer service! Had a horrible experience at the location on fm 78 and this location turned our night around! Thank you!!
