Starbucks - Converse

This location is one of the worst I?ve ever been to. And trust me I love Starbucks!!!! And been to many other@ not just in the U.S. It seems that they are always mad, no one ever say good morning or good afternoon or welcome or hi. NOTHING!!!!! One time I came in for my mobile order and waited for my order to done. Well I stood there for almost 15min when it was slow they were just talking among themselves. And they saw me standing there. Until I said something. I?ve worked in customer service for years. All it takes is the 10 foot rule. Look me, say hello to me and thank me. So damn simple or look up and say we will be right with you. It?s an acknowledgment!! Other Starbucks have it packed down!!!

This is my Starbucks!! I come almost daily however I had a horrible customer service experience with a manager named Raquel. Starbucks doesn?t give receipts unless you request them. I?ve never had an issue . I she sure ordered 3 drinks last week however I requested Oat milk but all where made with cow milk. Called and was told they wrote the name down. I was told I could come back so anytime. I came the next week and Raquel refused to remake the drinks . She argued Starbucks policy to only remake one drink. She stated she was going to write my name down so I never can get a remake without a receipt. She behaved as if she was giving me a favor. Oh course when I left my app worked and showed the past orders. She was rude and condescending. I recorded the encounter with my watch. I have never had bad service but she was horrible

This Starbucks is fantastic! The drinks are consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly.

This location consistently offers outstanding customer service every time I stop in for a cup of coffee on my way to work.

I have to admit that I held up the line a little this morning. However, the team there is fantastic, and I really enjoyed my experience today.
