Taco Bueno - Conway

Have gone a couple times, I usually don’t like yellow cheese dip but their cheese dip is great. I always get the Beef Nacho Salad and it is delicious and a very big portion for the cost, super quick service super cheap

I Went through the drive through and didn't get my drink. I came back to get it which was no big deal and the shift leader for the night very loudly and hatefully got on to the girl who missed the drink. As a leader or manager she should not have talked to the employee in such a manner in front of the customer let alone at all. Correcting employees is one thing, embarrassing them on purpose to try to make them do better is another. Y'all need to send that leader to management training. No wonder this place is loosing so much money.

I will NEVER eat there again because the woman wearing a red shirt who appears to be a manager was totally rule towards me from the moment i stepped foot in there she didn't wanna take my order and walked away from me when I was getting my money out of my wallet and she just gave me a horrible look the WHOLE time I'm there but I OBSERVED that she totally HATES BLACK PEOPLE and I hope black people STOP eating there because that was RACISM at it's BEST

I haven’t been able to revisit this location after two bad experiences. Both times, I witnessed an employee emptying trash cans/ taking trash to dumpsters and return to work WITHOUT washing hands. Each time that I witnessed this was AFTER I received my food and was dining in eating. I returned a second time thinking it was a one time occurrence, but will not visit this location again due to this. Please educate your employees on food safety and sanitation.
