I ordered a meatball lower part with a pimple on the side for delivery. I didn't get a pimp, the sub had no cheese, and to complete everything, the bread was divided in half. I had some meatballs and sauce from two different types of bread. The worst excuse for a sub-sandwich I've ever seen.

I've always enjoyed your sandwiches, but today was a disappointment. I ordered two sandwiches for $30, and both were cold, with the rolls not even toasted. It took 15 minutes to prepare the food, and there were only two customers in the restaurant. I hope my next experience is better.
