Maumelle is hands down the best KFC in the area. The chicken is always fresh and cooked to a beautiful golden color.

We chose to dine in, but the service was lacking and there was no buffet available. Instead, we had to order from the menu.

The food was not good. The chicken sandwich was advertised as being fried to order, but it was not. It seemed like it had been fried the day before, as it was tough and stringy. Additionally, it was served colder than the temperature outside. I would like a refund.

I don't expect to go back here for a long time. I went through drive through and was told to pull around and I waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and went inside and they didn't even believe me when I said I'd been waiting on food. I heard the cashiers say they don't care about the restaurant and it's not their fault people are complaining. I suspect they'll go out of business of get a better owner.

Not friendly service to start off. Then they charged extra on their POS system but their prices on their board have not been changed. So when we are looking to order we are basing what we are ordering on the prices listed. I had to pay an extra $10 because they “couldn’t fix the amount on the system “, Which is absolutely absurd!! The whole restaurant floor was sticky and nasty. Get it together KFC. Get. It. Together. ??‍
