At The Castle - Conwy

We had a wonderful two night stay at this restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and willing to help with anything. The food was delicious and the hotel looked beautiful with Christmas decorations. Rooms were rated 4 out of 5, service 5 out of 5, and location 5 out of 5.

This hotel is lovely and well-maintained. It is centrally located with ample parking. We stayed here in November. The dinner was enjoyable, breakfast was also good. The service was acceptable. The rooms are nicely decorated, although our bathroom was small. The hotel is conveniently located in the center, with everything within walking distance. The food and drinks were very good. The English decor is really beautiful. Overall, we would rate the rooms a 4, service a 4, and the location a 5. The hotel's highlights include its romantic atmosphere.

This restaurant is truly fantastic. I highly recommend it. The food was delicious and the staff at the bar were very friendly. Our room was amazing, with a modern take on an old-time radio playing soft jazz music as we entered the spacious room. The comfortable bed and modern bathroom made our two-night stay there a highlight of our trip to the UK. The location is great, with a fun town to explore on foot. During a sudden downpour, we sought shelter at the Liverpool Arms where we enjoyed a couple of pints until the storm passed, creating a magical afternoon. I would rate the rooms, service, and location all a 5 out of 5. Some of the hotel highlights include its romantic atmosphere and great value.

Fantastic service could not fault it at all. Really made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Bar staff were amazing looking after an elderly couple sat at the bar as well. The bar team are a credit to the business. Service: 5 Location: 5
