Brewers Fayre Craigside Inn - Conwy

We visited again today and had the lunchtime menu. We upgraded the battered fish and doubled up on the chicken. Other diner had lasagne. All meals were lovely. It is not Egon Ronay but would not expect it for the prices. All meals were very tasty and enjoyable. Staff very friendly. Service was fine for us as we were not in any hurry and di not feel rushed. Very polite helpful staff. Drinks and coffee's were spot on and the bill was a pleasant surprise.

I’m pretty sure the young blonde lady that served us tonight was called Molly. This was my first visit to this location, having visited many brewers over the years this was by far the best experience. The waitress was extremely helpful and the food was excellent value for money. It’s nice to see a member of staff with a constant friendly bubbly attitude! I will definitely be returning after this 5* experience Thank you

Waited an hour for food which never arrived , staff practically invisible and no one seems to know what they are doing . The duty manager was apologetic but still not really good enough when waiting with a very patient but starving toddler . We left without eating and went somewhere else instead .

As usual,good food, great service, very reasonable price!. We go regularly, coffee in a morning,meal in the evening. Can't fault it!!!!. Great service with a smile . Well done, AMANDA,LEE, CHRIS,GARY, ELLIE,ALL THE CHEF'S AND NOT FORGETTING ALL THE OTHER STAFF BEHIND THE SCENES!!!!!.

For our regular Friday night meal,on 28th Chris was a fantastic waiter ,he makes it fun ,he knows our names ,and especially my allergies,he goes out of his way ,and always makes it a lovely enjoyable visit Thanks Chris
