I had a truly horrifying experience at Tiffany's Cafe Bar in Llandudno. My visit there was nothing short of a nightmare. The biggest issue? My child choked on their pesky pesto. How on earth can a simple dish pose such a danger? The pesto was a disgusting, chunky mess, making it hard to swallow even for an adult. There were huge bits of unblended nuts or seeds that turned the dish into a choking hazard. It's appalling that a supposedly family-friendly establishment would serve something so poorly prepared and dangerous. To make matters worse, when I informed the staff about the incident, they were shockingly indifferent. No sense of urgency, no proper apologies, just blank stares and a dismissive attitude. It's as if they couldn't care less about the safety and wellbeing of their customers. The overall hygiene of the place was questionable too. The tables were sticky, and the cutlery didn't look properly cleaned. It's evident that cleanliness and customer safety are not priorities here. I will never return to Tiffany's Cafe Bar and strongly advise others to stay away. If you value your health and your family's safety, avoid this place at all costs

My children were enjoying their meals when one of them started choking on a piece of pesto pasta. In the midst of this terrifying situation, Kelly had the audacity to shout at my kids to stop making noise. Instead of offering assistance or showing any concern for my child 's wellbeing, she seemed more worried about the noise disturbing her precious cafe. Her reaction was not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive. It 's beyond me how someone running a family-oriented establishment can show such a lack of empathy. The food itself was problematic. The pesto was poorly made, with large chunks that posed a choking hazard. This should never happen in a place that claims to serve family-friendly meals. Adding to the nightmare, the cleanliness of the cafe was subpar. Sticky tables, dirty cutlery, and a general lack of hygiene made me question the overall standards of the establishment. I am utterly disgusted by the experience and strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Tiffany 's Cafe Bar. If you value your family’s safety and want to avoid rude and heartless management, avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely loved Tiffany restaurant in Llandudno! Not only is the food fantastic with generous portions, but the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Plus, it 's a bonus that they welcome dogs inside! Couldn 't recommend it enough for a delicious meal in a dog-friendly environment.
