Tides Bistro - Conwy

My friend and I typically stop by this restaurant once a week for coffee during our walk, but we were very disappointed this morning and last week when the coffee was weak and lacked flavor. We may skip it for a while and opt for a stronger cup at MacDonalds for £1.95. It's a pity because it's a nice place to take a break and the staff are always friendly.

We stopped by for breakfast this morning and were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant is now under new management and the upgrades are evident. The interior has been nicely renovated. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend giving it a try.

Was walking past on our walk up the beach and popped in for a drink and a snack. Lovely clean place and amazing staff. Will definitely be back soon

Arrived for lunch with my cousin as she hadn’t eaten here before and I’m glad I had booked the table as it was very busy and only one table left. Greeted with a very warm welcome from Lucy and Sophie and shown to our table by Lucy. We both decided to have the vegetarian burger with some delicious olives. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and quickly got tucked in. The chips were delicious, crisp and fluffy and lots of salt of course. The burgers were so tasty, not like any other veggie burgers I’d had, nice and moist and served in a lovely fresh brioche bun. A nice bit of fresh salad inside (no soggy leaves here) and a very tasty mayonnaise. Needless to say we cleared our plates. What I love about Tides is the consistency of the food, always fresh and beautifully presented and full of flavour. Also the staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. There is always a nice atmosphere and you never feel rushed even when it’s busy. One of my favourites.
