O'charley's - Conyers

Before I even talk about the food, I want to mention that we waited for almost an hour and a half for our food to be brought out, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, but the noodles were cold and hard, and the chicken was burnt and difficult to chew. My girlfriend ordered the Bone-In Pork Chop, and she said it was just okay. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. The dim lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and it didn't feel overcrowded. Our server was a charming country girl, although I can't recall her name. She was very sweet and attentive, coming to our table at the perfect times. My meal was delicious and I have no complaints. While the peach cobbler wasn't to my taste, everything else from start to finish was excellent. Thank you!

Oooo O'Charley's smh. Many years ago when I was a teenager I remember loving your food, but man how far you have fallen since then. I haven't had your food in years but, I recently decided to give it another try. Big mistake! I ordered the potato soup which use to be my favorite), and the honey fried chicken w/ mashed sweet potatoes. It was all gross. The soup was too salty, the chicken had an odd vinegar taste and the sweet potatoes were bland. Even your famous bread sucked. I don't know what changed over the years but please hang up your chefs hat. Farewell.

We were there from 5:30 to 7:30 tonight (June 20,2023) with friends. I ordered the pork chops, baked potato and broccoli. The pork chops were terrible. I couldn't eat them. Gave my husband one and he couldn't eat. A friend got the shrimp, scallop etc. He said it was good. We waited a long time for our food. I told our waitress to tell her manager that the pork chops were terrible and I couldn't eat. They didn't offer to replace or take off bill. We used to go here every weekend. They don't value their customers anymore.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Waited another 25 minutes for a server. Shtick our order brought our drinks then we never saw her again until we had to ask for our check. Very dry Mac and cheese as was the backed potato and steak! Terrible service and food. Waste of $40
