Contribuisci feedbackBelieve it or not, this was only our 2nd visit to Outback. Our server... Ashley... was Perfect! Very friendly, great personality, not overbearing, but not distant. Great, Great. The food was really good, and just a super chill atmosphere. Checkout was fast and efficient. Again, service was amazing.
The steaks were so tough, we brought them home and fed them to our American Bully.
Someone here stole our food. An employee! We spent over $200 and the manager and employees said they gave our food to someone….. a wrong Uber eats driver, or a random person… and said they wouldn’t remake the food even though we never received it. The order never said picked up. The manager was RUDE AS HELL! They didn’t care. As if anyone has $200 to waste nowadays. I’m a regular customer at this Outback. Well, I was. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!
This location steals from their own customers. I had an Uber eats order and they said the driver picked up the food when a driver never picked up the order. Then the rude ass manager said they weren’t remaking it. I guess they are struggling and needed the food more than me! Never again
Tracy (or Tracie) has been SUCH A JOY. I love her customer service and how much she reminds me of a big sister taking care of you. It was my birthday and she immediately made me feel special! I’m 100% sure she’ll make you feel special if you have her as a server. First time going to outback and I’m 100% returning back.
