Cook Out - Cookeville

Cookout consistently provides excellent service and food, although occasionally my orders are not fulfilled properly. For example, sometimes the bacon is not cooked to my preference of being completely crispy, and is instead slightly undercooked.

There are many issues with this restaurant. The menu is disorganized and doesn't resemble a typical fast food menu. The person taking my order was too quiet to hear properly. The prices are too high for the quality of food. My order didn't come with ketchup or napkins, and it was incorrect. The cajun fries were just regular fries with pepper on them, and the sides were small. The crinkle-cut fries were not enjoyable. The onion rings were undercooked. The "big double" burger was actually quite small, with a whole slice of onion as thick as the patty. After removing most of the onion, the burger was decent, but overall, this was a disappointing experience. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.

I ordered two burger platters. One with Cajun fries and a wrap, which was correct. I ordered another with cheese fries and quesadillas, but received two quesadillas instead. I had to go up to the window to fix the mistake. When I got home, I was disappointed to find that I had been given a wrap instead of the correct order. This was a bad experience. I do not recommend eating here.

I love this cheap food. Its good, its greasy, the buns are soft and the crushed ice in the drinks is crunching sized. I get the big double burger tray with bacon and cheese. Heart attack on a bun.

I love the employees!!! They all are amazing. Even those working the kitchen. They serve good quality product, always hot and fresh. I have yet to be disappointed at this location.
