Great food and customer service. We ordered food and coffee coffee came than after a while one of the girls apologised for food being delayed due to problem in kitchen. Lucky we weren’t in a rush it came eventually and it was delicious. I’m sure the hash is good too but we had to get going by then! But they did apologise and didn’t have us pay a bill we hope to come again as who can ask for more!
We dine here regularly and absolutely love it! The staff are always extremely attentive, helpful and welcoming. As for the food, it’s fantastic and never disappoints! What we love about the Autumn Rooms is the unique menu. Whilst still having many café faves like eggs benny and toasted sandwiches, they’ve managed to put their own twist on them to ensure that they’re even better. Can’t recommend enough, even their sister store in Stockton is great. Only downfall with the Stockton café would be the seating- mostly bar stools and high tables which aren’t suitable for everyone incl. children, the elderly and disabled.
Was a recommendation from the lady in the Newcastle information office and did not disappoint. We had sensational coffee, moist cardomon cake and a gorgeous salad poke bowl which were fresh, flavoursome and wholesome. A good lunch spot after a morning shopping in Darby Street.
We went there for brunch as part of our first visit to Newcastle. Lovely outdoor area. We ordered a dish on the specials menu it was tasty. Staff were friendly too.
