KFC COOMA

We dropped in here on our way to Adaminaby. It wasn't KFC's fault as it was a shared toilet. Extremely dirty

One of the best KFC I've had in Australia. fast service. great pieces great experience. would definitely go again.

Went in on a busy Thursday night, which was fine it is school holidays.. While I was waiting for my order I was standing next to where you place your order. JACK a young guy was behind the till and a KFC employee either on her break or finished in uniform still her name ANDREA was placing an order.. She was sooo rude to JACK. She ordered the biggest order which is fine but kept changing it around adding and taking things off and was holding up the line for a good 15 mins while people were piling in waiting to order. JACK was nothing but polite and patient but ANDREA was very rude and snappy. If JACK hit the wrong button she would snap at him and tell him to change it. You could see he was nervous to. I want people to know that JACK was a legend, ANDREA was super rude!! Food was yum and fresh :)

Place is lazy, staff have attitude, cleaning is poor and badly explained! WAYYYY TOOO MUCH SALT, added from both sides of service area and orders are not adhered to! Don't ask for grilled chicken at all, u won't get it and trust me u don't want it! Please ask them to close the cleaning storeroom! As a ruleone Sparta to cloth and not the table to clean a table! The spray goes all over everything (the people's backs and bags).Really must lift their game, poor all round
