The more this place does to try and better itself the worse it gets. We have been going here for years, a favourite venue for birthdays and other family get togethers. But as the years have gone the worse it gets. Went here tonight with my wife and we couldn't wait to eat our very bland meal and get out of there. We will go back but only for the venue. It's a real shame
Will not be returning!! Understaffed, two staff between bar, ordering meals counter serving meals. Brought one of three kid meals out, then some adult meals. Last two kids meals came out 45 minutes later with the last main..... Very little apology from the staff. Pumpkin salad... Served predominately pumpkin skin with no pumpkin on it- like they cooked the scraps by mistake rather than the pumpkin. Kids meal.. Increased in price by $5 and the hot dog was a hot dog cut in half!!! Disgraceful food portion sizes for the kids. Maybe suitable for a 2 year old. Such a shame, as this place has so much potential

Stick it under the salamander or is the chef not qualified? Very sad effort. Even the floor manager after I gave him feedback when he took our plates seemed to not care and didn't offer us any drinks or dessert to try and make us smile. I would give my customers free food or drinks if I knew they weren't happy so I know they...read more
