The food took forever. There are two different high-pitched squeals that are almost constant. We asked our server about it. Her response: Oh, that 's just some of our equipment, I think and oven. But after working here, we just learn to ignore it! Good God! We diners hear it and it it irritating.
Normally I would give 5 stars across the board however this time is a different story. I do take into consideration they were busy due to it being mothers day. However that does not excuse the fact a weird hair was found in my food. It was noticed as I was eating my hashbrowns. My husband's omelet was over cooked and very dry. My sister in laws potatoes in her skillet were still cold.
I ate one egg so far but this is the only amount of hash browns I got served. That and I had to reheat food when it got to me. It seems like a hit or miss at this location for flavor, food temperature, and serving portion. It’s more like 3.5 stars for me.
Pie was very good, fries were not very good. Currently using crinkle fries, and they were not seasoned well and didn't taste good. The fajita pita and stir fry pita were both good. Customer service from the hostess was very poor. She was not friendly and was difficult when asked to be seated in a booth over a table, when 10 booths were open in the restaurant. Recommend getting the pie.
