I came to 12/3/23 at 17 o'clock and immediately greeted me the male worker and asked how he could help. he had to work immediately to make my milkshake and include the toppings I wanted. this situation was also very clean and well kept! Not only was I immediately recognized, but also the person who went right after me was immediately recognized. and immediately after I paid for my drink, the staff helped her with her job and was fast! perfect milkshake and great, friendly service! thank you!

I would not recommend to chew sweets or mumie mix ins bc they either stale or too hard with ice. oreo mix ins are amazing, highly recommended. their waffles and cakes are also very good.

This is my favorite icebox! the employees are polite and the place is clean. they have 10 flavors (my favorite banana; and they have many toppings! the ice is rich and creamy - a perfect texture, and the aromen are delicious! had never been iced from here that disappointed.

I have the new Silk chocolate ice cream and it was amazing! very delicious and filling. so happy they have a non-milk option that is still iced. hopefully they will not have milk taste in the future. also warn when they are vegan or lactose intolerance when they get immersed in it, they mix it on a surface that crosses contaminated milk into it ice.

This location doesn't post their holiday hours on Google and happened to close at 7pm on the 4th of July. That's a respectable time, but again, not listed on Google. We stopped at 7:05. They had a terribly written sign on their door and it was locked while there were still customers inside that appeared to still be waiting to order. If customers are flowing you'd think it would stay open. There were at least two other vehicles with multiple customers that stopped when we did. This location just missed out on 6+ orders. Just post your hours on Google please.
