Noodles Company - Coon Rapids

I placed an online order and went to the restaurant to pick it up. I ordered a large serving of buttered noodles. When I checked the bag, I was surprised by the small amount of noodles inside. I asked the staff if that was really the large portion, and they confirmed it was. I expressed my disappointment about the quantity and how expensive they were. My son is ill and these noodles are all he wants to eat. I ordered the same dish for him last night and received a much bigger portion in the large size. I don't think I will return to this restaurant after this experience.

I am unable to determine online if my order was successfully placed. I called twice but the phone just kept ringing and eventually disconnected. There was no voicemail or answer, which was very disappointing. Customer service was definitely not great.

Starters waiting way to long for food I understand short staffed so I let it go.. then got food 4 out of the 5 dishes didn't have the sauce they gave us sauce for my mother in laws food and my kids when I explained I didn't have sauce the gal came out hollering at us mother in laws food was cold I will be contacting coorprate tmrrw it's weird yesterday we where here and it was amazing today not at all and the supervisors name was jess.. I will no longer be coming back after today's experience

Always have loved this place. For the most part I've almost always received great customer service here, good food, HOT food, and if anything ever did go wrong it was QUICKLY handled and always with a smile and an apology. Genuine. And that's the way it should be everywhere, always! The managers are trained properly and portray to their employees good customer service and the employees are therefore equally as good. I always notice the comradeship between the employees while I'm there. They have fun. They smile. They laugh. They all seem to genuinely like each other and they all seem to get along with the boss as well. So that tells me that Noodles and Company is definitely doing something right! Keep up the good work people! Your doing a great job and there are people out here that notice.

The front staff are so incompetent, they were struggling to punch my order in right after my spouse repeated himself 5 times and even showed the staff a picture of the item. Then after we received the food, they forgot the chicken...had to wait for that to finish.
