White Castle - Coon Rapids

Clean, team is awesomely quick, and friendly. My order was a bit on the bigger side with a ton of drivers in the drive thru line, but they handled the busyness real well.

Extremely slow. Orders are routinely filled out incorrectly. I don't think I've ever been through the drive-thru or inside check out faster than 30 minutes for our order.

White Castles are pretty hit and miss IMO.. likely quite dependent on time of day (among many other factors).. This morning the service/drive thru was fast, employees were friendly and helpful, the food hot and delicious! These are the experiences that keep me coming back.

This white castle/fast food restaurant is the dirtiest and most disgusting place I have ever been to in my entire life. The floors are sticky, every table is covered in garbage or leftover food, and the staff is rude and inattentive. They seem more concerned with each other than they are with the customers. The counter is cluttered with materials that should be stored in the back, and half of the soda machine was empty. After waiting for 25 minutes, I asked for a refund and left. I can't imagine that the owner is happy with the current staff. I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars.

The food was not served hot and there were about four leaks in the roof, dripping into the dining room seating area. The overall experience was unpleasant and the establishment did not appear well-maintained. The owner should be more proactive in managing the restaurant and maintaining the building.
