Kfc - Cooper City

I waited for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to assist me. Honestly, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I am at a KFC-Taco Bell combo restaurant. I have been here a few times and usually they get the order right (although not this time). The food is really good - fast and convenient, not the healthiest option, but considering it's mostly microwaved food, it's not the worst. Tacos and chicken are hard to mess up here.

I usually do not eat kfc, but I came through the drive thru at night and I was impressed by the fantastic service I received. Erika in the Drive-Dru window was very professional and from the moment they hear her take her order, they feel like an estimated customer, she comes as friendly and sincere! great customer service!

They have not allowed dining in or order inside for over two years. I have a tall van that can't go through the drive-through. Plus, the food they cook has a chance of being bad.

Been waiting in the drive thru 34 minutes and nobody has even moved
