Big Texas BBQ!!! Easy access on the south side of Hwy 24 in Cooper. First step from the vehicle I smell oak wood burning. I notice a sign next to the front porch door that weapons are welcome, but hold them firmly if necessary. Weapons and smoke, it's good to be back in Texas. You order at the switch, the service is friendly and fast. My wet endbrise was smokey and beef flavored, the fat was made and the bark was perfect. Every bite had exactly the correct amount of tooth, beef taste, smoke and then melted in the mouth. A poem like my grandmother said earlier. Pork ribs were fleshy and made with the right amount of train to get clean from the bone and chewing excellent. Pintos are very good and complimented the main Course. French fries are great and fresh. For me, this is just the best BBQ in NE Texas. I'd get out of my way to get back.

Good food. Had the sampler plate. Will visit again when we're close. Nice people.
