The young guy working on Friday night was so rude that I never went back.

The staff was rude and uninterested. I recommend avoiding ordering coffee in the evening, as they always clean the machines at that time. I've had enough of this place—I’ll be spending my business elsewhere from now on, about 500 liters a week.

I believe the older gentleman behind the counter should consider a new job. He was unfriendly and uncommunicative, offering no greetings or any form of interaction. I think he could benefit from a performance improvement plan, especially since we frequent this place and have to endure his dismal customer service. If he doesn't enjoy working with people, then he shouldn't be in a frontline position—it's really that simple!

Appendix would not honor an displayed price, writeer held that price for a dare 500ml bottle not 750ml after the check price label

Why is there only 1 staff member serving around 8-10 people making coffees and doing a variety of work while customers have to wait 20mins just for a cup of coffee from 430am?..
