Ark - Copenhagen

Really a wonderful dining experience! We got the taste of 9 dishes with associated alcohol-free wine paring. All dishes were amazing beautiful, the waiter was incredibly sweet and kept us well informed all the way, the rooms are a little formal and boring, but with good acoustics. Maybe more an atmosphere of business dinner than romantic dinner for 2. Both food and drink were exciting, different and experimental. The grilled oysters were epic! Will choose them on my last day. Also the forest bottom, with hazelnut cream, forest acid, flowers, pine oil and chocolate. But the dishes hit after my taste, next to and were more strange than good. At the price I think it was a nice experience, but there is enough little before we come again.

Great and fun food experience. Impressive what you can do with plant-based food. More of the dishes were really delicious, but missed a little more food. The disadvantage of bread/ butter and similar to the meal, as the dishes were so sparing, pulled a bit with. The service was impeccable and enjoyable! Kam recommends taking time and try it, but prepare you that you are not really satisfied.

ARK is fantastic. First of all, it is wonderful with a restaurant that takes vegan food seriously. A restaurant that goes ahead and shows the way. The food was very good. The highlight was probably the grilled mushrooms. There are three ingredients. Østershatte (as far as I remember), mirin and guilt. But it is the craft behind that raises it up to a magical experience. It is so Japanese to create magic out of the simple. In addition to this I was impressed with the kauliflower law and the last dessert. The wine menu was good. Nothing extraordinary, but it was delicious. The service was personal without being the load. Our servant Lukas was very friendly and knew everything about the food which was wonderful when you asked for elements of the court. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend everyone to try ARK. Notice I have not taken pictures of the food as we were there to celebrate my boyfriend and would be this.

Super delicious food. Good taste and perfect serving. Everything was vegan and it tastes perfect. Wine and food complimented each other as a beautiful symphony. Are you hungry for perfect and tasty vegan food you have come to the right place.

A really good experience and sweet servants (which only spoke English). The Portions were very small but tasty. However, it had dressed the restaurant to serve more of the delicious potato bread instead of having it as an independent serving. You were not exaggerated, when you went away, but it was certainly a good and exciting evening.
