Sonic Drive-in - Coppell

I've visited this restaurant a few times, and I'm pleased to say that both the service and the food have consistently exceeded my expectations. I ordered using the app in advance and received my meal promptly. Although the app could use some improvements, it makes pre-ordering convenient and can help you save some money.

Dining here is generally pleasant. However, I had an experience during their 50-cent corn dog special that was less than ideal. The restaurant was crowded, with every table occupied and a lengthy line to order. I noticed a woman who seemed quite frustrated. Despite placing my order through the app 10 minutes before I arrived, I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for my food.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was served fresh and hot. The parking lot was clean and inviting, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. However, I’d really appreciate it if those annoying Sonic commercials could be removed.

I placed a mobile order for 3 drinks during the lunch break and unfortunately all stands were full, so I went through Drive-Thru and told them I had a mobile pickup. No complications they told me to move forward and I have my drinks. They also remembered the straws and napkins!
