Whataburger - Coppell

I was just trying to get dinner on my way home from work and when I was asked my name I gave it and it?s spelling then heard in the background of the mic someone say in a muted mocking nasally tone ?(My Name)?. I was in no way difficult and simply gave myorder. Beside this incident it would have been a normal drive through experience. This happened between the times of10:50-10:55 on Dec 9, 2022. I?m disappointed as I have made this my Whataburger of choice even though it is further away from methan 2 of their other locations. Unfortunately after this I do not believe I will be going back unless I am made aware of majorchanges at this location.

It?s a little frustrating to be charged .40 for sauces and then instead of the sauce you?re charge for you get pancake syrup. Not really thinking that will taste very good on my patty melt. I ordered online so I selected my sauces. I just checked and Idid not select pancake syrup. Additionally, I asked for spicy ketchup and received none.

Not even cooked all the way! I need a refund for this and the staff needs to learn how to grill a party.

The taste and temperature of my food were enjoyable because it was prepared fresh. I didn't find any hairs in my food. The staff treated me like a v.i.p.

Been messing up my order lately and been slow af. Ordered fries and waited for these cold sticks they called potatoes for way too long, being that they was done before I arrived. Edit. They have been doing better lately with my order temp and time. Order was also correct last couple times. That has been an issue that has plagued multiple establishments, order accuracy.
