Ken's Bistro - Copper Center

The restaurant is very clean and inviting! I absolutely love the Gyro and Caesar salads, and the freshly made chips are fantastic! Great job!

I had the gyro, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the sauce was fantastic, and I paired it with a Caesar salad that was both fresh and tasty. I learned that Ken was the one who chopped the salad and prepared everything, so I know everything was really fresh. I will definitely be coming back; it's one of the best places to eat in the Copper River Valley, and the trip to Kenny Lake is well worth it.

My husband and I came to Kenny Lake on an unlikely evening trip to McCarthy. I am thrilled that we stopped for gas and a visit to Kens Bistro! The Bistro-Decor is humble and the food is surprisingly extraordinary. It was the best cheeseburger I ever had! I recommend the page Caesar Salat and the Cheeseburger, you will not be disappointed. Get some baked stuff to go on your trip. With phenomenal service, this is the hidden jewel of the interior Alaska!

If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place for you. But if you crave an amazing cheeseburger or a delicious steak wrap with a side of your choice, then you should definitely stop by.
