Ches's - Copperas Cove

The food was delicious and the wait was not long. We came to Wels on Friday night and it was excellent. The fish was fresh and the French fries were crispy. I was immediately greeted at the door with friendly smiles and friendly hospitality. My server was Keem and he was great. He made my family and I feel at home. He was attentive and we never went deep on fish or drinks. Thank you for having such a place in the area! We will definitely come back.

My cousin led me to her favorite restaurant in Copperas Cove, and she was really up! We had breakfast first... What a treat! I had the veggie omelet, and it was as good as anyone I ever had. Then, just today, 4 of us went to lunch. Both my grandson and my husband have hamburgers, one from the children's menu and the other was a borderburger. Both explained their delicious. My cousin had the Bratbeef from the main menu. There was a surprisingly large pile of roast beef, along with potatoes and Braunschweig. She said it was wonderful. I asked for a vegetarian taco salad that surprised the server. He asked the cook who said no problem. We had waited a long time since there was a big private party in another section of the restaurant. Our waiter did everything to facilitate our waiting. He brought a dish of delicious butter rolls, then offered us free soup. My cousin had the chicken gum and I had the vegetable soup. Both were extremely tasteful, and we were glad that we had included him on his offer. This is a jewel of a restaurant, with friendly staff and delicious food. You can bet we 'll make it a regular stop if we're in Copperas Cove!
