Contribuisci feedbackWhen we arrived with the three burnt pizzas, we received no greeting and stood there for about three minutes without any acknowledgment. I had to get the attention of one of the staff members to let them know we were there. Eventually, a young employee brought us three new pizzas, while another in the back shouted to ensure we returned the old ones. I then explained to the manager that I had received the wrong pizza again. She instructed us to wait and eventually handed me a pizza from the warmer without much consideration. My son and I attempted to thank her, but she turned away and ignored us. I am very disappointed with the service. I wouldn't want to serve my family burnt pizza, and I expect good quality and service like anyone else. As the manager, you should demonstrate better customer service and leadership, as your behavior reflects on the entire establishment. The way she acted indicated a lack of professionalism, and it's clear why the staff in the back were talking loudly about making sure we returned the pizzas. It was disheartening to feel like I was being accused of trying to take advantage of the situation. I urge the manager to improve customer service and better manage your employees, as their behavior is noticed by all customers.
We ordered three large pizzas and some Cheesy Bread: a hand-tossed Stuffed Crust Pepperoni, a 5 Meat Hand Tossed, and a hand-tossed Cheese Pizza. Overall, they tasted good! However, I do have a couple of complaints. The Cheese Pizza was the only one that wasn’t overly greasy, but part of it was lacking adequate cheese coverage. The other two pizzas had a significant amount of grease. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.
My only issue is that they rarely get my special pizza order right. We really enjoy the pizza, but they consistently send the wrong one. I've found that only about 1 in 20 orders is correct.
This place su*Ks with service. Called to place an order and was commissioned for more than 15 minutes. So I called again and was back. I hung up and called again and the phone was free. I order chickens back on the street. So unprofessional in this place. The need for new management here.
Very disappointed! They served us 3 under boiled pizzas and some dough under boiled crazy bread. When I called to see if I could at least exchange my sons cheese pizza, they told me that it was Dashe's problem. Really?! I didn't know that the Door Dash drivers were responsible for going and preparing the meal before delivery. Lol, get it together. The employees were very ruthless and unprofessional, screaming in the background that it is not there mistakes and that I have to call Door Dash. We'll do business right now.
