Frazier's Bakery - Coquille

Cozy, tidy, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and there was a generous amount of cheese on my sandwich with deliciously hot battered onion rings. They kindly let me stay for a long time while waiting for my bus, making sure I had plenty of coffee. The bakery offers a wide variety of cookies, bread, and cakes. The art and decor make the place feel very homey.

Frazier's Bakery has been a constant source of joy for my entire life . Skip the owner and main Baker started making delectable treats for our small town in 1979, the year I was born . He makes some truly amazing doughnuts. They also make breads and other treats . My personal favorite are his bran muffins . A basic recipe he has perfected over the years . They are soft and deep in flavor with a light sweet crisp shell . So if your driving through or a local you have to try Frazier's Bakery .

Frazier's exceeded my expectations with the birthday cake for my husband. I have been a loyal customer for many years and Skip, the talented baker, always takes my ideas and turns them into amazing cakes with flair. The staff at Frazier's are always friendly and helpful, making it my go-to spot for all things sweet. I highly recommend Frazier's for delicious cakes, food, and satisfying any sweet cravings. Sadly, I was unable to post a picture of the cake.

Frazier's Bakery has the most delicious donuts! I have experience working in a bakery in the Valley, and I can confidently say that these are the best donuts you will find!

An old Coquille business and keystone of the “downtown” that still serves fresh, homemade donuts, made to order breakfasts and fresh coffee. It the kind of place where people linger and talk, and they actually bring the coffee refills out to you. Perfect!
