Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba Lougheed Town Centre

Food was served fast and hot. It tasted great as always. We tried the “Tokyo Mazesoba” and “Chicken Karaage Rice Bowl”. I loved the “Tokyo Mazesoba” but I got satiated pretty fast after a few bites, because the combination of sauce and raw egg yolk was so rich, and the noodles was thick. Great portion with free upgrade to bigger size. I got XL but could not finish it so my boyfriend had to finish mine.Our server was nice, she was helpful and answered our wonders pretty on point.I was checking out the menu then realized my fav item “Curry Mazesoba” was deleted out of the menu because it was not popular, not many people ate that. I was so sad since I always chose that every time I visited Kokoro. They substituted it for “Carbonara Mazesoba”. I hope you guys bring the “Curry Mazesoba” back one day, even if it is only for limited time? I have been missing that but have no chance to get it whenever I am craving for it now.Atmosphere was pretty cool, warm and cozy. It was not busy at the time we came, around 1pm during Tuesday. It was quiet, so you can just chill out and dine in here after an exhausted day.Go get Mazesoba if you are sad and mad!!! You will %100 feel better.

Wonderful restaurant. They have a wonderful set menu that appeals to everyone. Dishes can be modified to fit for vegetarian, spicy or mild) and quite filling too. Staff’s wonderful and can make good recommendations if you’re there for the first time! I’ll be visiting when I’m in Coquitlam.Vegetarian options: They can make their dish vegetarian. Like change the beef to tofu.

A good place to visit, you can always get free rice mix with the noodle bowl. I usually ask for some chicken soup to my noodles, very tasty?that I can enjoy two flavors. The ice cream is my favorite, strongly recommend!

The mazesoba was so flavourful it was delicious! I love that they offer a complimentary bowl of rice upon finishing the noodles so every last bit of sauce is not wasted. I highly recommend this spot with friends or date night, you get a great portion for the price.
