McDonald's - Coquitlam

I waited in a 15-minute line for a woman to tell me that their ice cream machine needed to be cleaned. When I asked how long it would take, she just laughed and ignored me. I ended up waiting another 5 minutes just to leave the line. I'm relieved that I didn't order anything, as it would have been cold after such a terrible wait. This was a complete waste of time.

The food at this restaurant takes too long to be prepared, and when it finally arrives, there are no straws or napkins provided. If the establishment is trying to cut costs by not offering these items for customer convenience, they should at least remember to include them in the take-out bag. I had to wait to request napkins and straws, but the staff were too busy to assist me right away, resulting in an additional 5-minute wait.

The service is fast and the fries are always top quality!

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. McDonald’s used to be great because it was cheap and fast, now it is neither.

I ordered online black Iced coffee and they gave me caramel syrup if I can change it why I ordered online and give a fee to Uber.
