McDonald's - Coquitlam

I visited McDonald's on Austin Ave today with my son to get a burger. I waited outside, hoping for a quick service since there was no one inside the restaurant. Eventually, I went in to check on our order, only to find out that we had to wait for our vanilla shake. The wait was longer than expected, so I asked the staff for an update. Despite being told it would only take two more minutes, it took much longer. I began recording a video to show the delay, but unfortunately, I cannot upload it in this review. While waiting, I noticed the staff giving each other massages behind the counter. When I inquired about the delay to the manager, they seemed surprised that I was waiting for my order. It seems like the staff at this McDonald's location are more focused on playing around than serving customers efficiently. Disappointing experience at McDonald's on Austin Ave in Coquitlam.

This is a review of McDonald's. The service was not great. The checkout process was satisfactory. I tried the Big Mac special and it was warm. I was satisfied with the burger.

The wait times to order are ridiculous, often requiring you to flag down a server. The food always takes a long time to come out, sometimes up to half an hour. If you enjoy poor service and don't mind waiting forever, then this is the place for you. I recommend trying a different restaurant for better service and quicker meals.

Sometimes you get a good service and the fond order is right, but other times it is not. The employees there seem less than energetic or enthusiastic.

We like some of the McDonalds food so when they came out with fish and chips we had great hopes that it would be a great as the steak sandwhich that they no longer have !!! BUT it was just awful the fish was...thin, the coating was thin just awful
