Papa John's Pizza - Coquitlam

I got a papa John 's review email, and this time I did a review just becuase I ordered 1 large 1 medium, and I got two MEDIUM under cooked pizza (correct toppings as my pizza are always customized). I received an email from papa John 's with a promo code for a free large 3 topping pizza. I placed my order with another pizza, I got there and my pizza wasnt ready. I told them I 'm here becuase on my papa John 's account it shows my order is ready. Respond I got was "1 is ready and 1 is still cooking; therefore, I have to wait 4-5 minutes. FINALLY after 9 minutes I recieved my order. What a joke!

Definitely not great pizza. Dough was chewy and the whole pizza seemed undercooked. Similar to frozen pizza.Pizza needs really high heat to cook properlyAlso, The complimentary garlic sauce was cold and hard. Who wants to put that on their pizza?

The pizza store is very clean and the stuffs are very nice and friendly. The toppings of the pizzas are fresh. I went there many times so some of the stuffs there can recognize me, and they will often give me some discounts.

Great pizza cooked fresh. Great service. Loved this place
