After enjoying the Rare Beef Pho and famous Spicy Creamy Peanut Pho here for years, I recently tried the Spicy Coconut Curry Pho with rare beef and I absolutely love it! They told me it's been on the menu for a while so I'm surprised I never tried it before. My only regret is that I didn't take a picture of it before I polished off the bowl. I'll definitely do that next time!
