I bought 3 Bubble tea and one of them fell from my daughter?s hand by chance, so I went to the checkout she asked to have new ones, but she refused and asked an additional money to buy as new ones, and she spoke in her strange language maybe she was swearing or so anyway I left with black heart and angry face. Anyway, that was so rude and never gets back

From this Bubble Tea Square during our bike tour yesterday. Their drinks (black sesame ice sludge, Kabocha squash and passion fruit green tea) were very good. The pearls were solid what we like. Stella at the checkout was friendly and delivered a good customer service.

Badly kiss, as everyone mentions. It's hard to screw up Bubble tea customer service, but they're okay! bad customer service. no customers in sight forced to stand outside and kicked out if I wanted to ask if my drink is ready

This is a hidden gem. Not many local bubbles tea shops in my area, so was happy when we found this. Large selection with customizable menu. Prices are fair if not cheaper than Coco or Sharetea. My favorite is her game Latte.

Can?t complain, standard BBT shop experience. Nothing extremely negative nothing extremely exceptional! Good BBT flavour, straight forward and quick service. I can see how some people below can say the service was rude as I have seen and felt that before ages ago but I didn?t take it as such today. More just a dry personality and not anything to write home about as amazing or above and beyond but I won?t hold that against them as this visit it was okay.
