I'm so tired of everyone when I come in, it's another way. If you want one, get dressed. this restaurant is horse **** they follow the rules or do not do it all. I'm tired of each server moving with another. it's bullshit.
Extremely disappointed over the whole experience. I heard so much about this place and decided to give when an attempt. service is from made us waiting ten minutes on a table, while the place was almost empty then minutes to serve....Spoken to the manager and the waitress and both were more concentrated on talking out than service. we finished after we ate we still have a very bad taste. this place needs more experienced management and personal. sad I have to say that I will never go there and this place will never refer to someone. not worth the money, service and eating.
If you are in the coquitlam district, this is a great opportunity to eat. urban gate not only consistently delivers fresh quality, but the personal is at the point super friendly efficient. this restaurant has a beautiful ambiente that is...a place to bring their family of multigenerations (big access, convenient seating, clean facilities, easy free parking) or a meeting with friends to see a game. it has a sportable without overwhelming social representation. it is located north of coquitlam centre, near the lincoln skytrain station to have from the opposite friends, do a quick comfortable meeting on their sunny terrace easily hit enough. we live in the opposite find that this place offers the best value for casual eating is just that much more along with it smooth for service than other options in the neighboring. we've been back for a few years and are happy to return each time. from the really savvy nice servers, up to the barkeeper, the manager even the local peculiarities that they occasionally see before location, everyone is selected, but never so crumbled or busy to stop it super friendly. the standard Pub fare is great. a nice selection of local craft imported cold beer on tap goes well, with either hanging on the terrace or inside watching the game. the Persian dishes are delightful when they get an ethnic menu with full taste fresh, they can renounce another Mediterranean choice. I have to say his very simple things like perfectly ripe tomaten, crispy fresh greens that simply increase their eating. they supply their products very clearly directly from the breeders, because the chain restaurants in coquitlam seem to keep it fresh. the quality of their fresh food is solid. the roasted eggplant dip flatcake make for a refreshing starter (I order it with a side of cut gurks) the lamb is amazing. grilled paprika or slow low stewed (a local source of fraser valley lamb that they can actually buy in the butcher shop in their adjacent food market if they want to do the food home the grilled chicken jujeh (married chicken breast pieces served on spits) are full of taste super delicate, their rice will be cooked to perfection. possibly from another world, the feta cheese is crazy good creamy, not excessively salty. order the anthing with feta or simply order it on the side. (fyi. convincing, they can also buy a cup of it from the small load) the creamy house salat dressing (yogurt based) is also worth mentioning. not only great on their salates, but it is the perfect for the diving of their amazing chicken wings! we have often met wing wednesday. they bring them crispy, hot, meaty simply good. perfect with a pint. our friends children love the chicken pliers we cannot resist stealing their fries, they are so good. we are going in the early, so we rarely have to wait for a table, but even if we do, it is worth it. great choice in the coquitlam town centre area!
Cool idea for a restaurant I like the mix of Persian food and pubfare. in the spring and summer is the best terrace in the environment. that is, coquitlam center has not many large terrace settings. but if they are in the opposite, it is a fun place to hangout.
Not going anymore .....it always taste old. even when asking for my food warmed in bowl I dont like the plastic it always makes me sick.
