Basil chicken with Rice- its nice hot, delicious and potions are large for 1 person, the lady in the corner of that pic is very courteous and friendly, is the only person show speaks decent english, the other one is just business minded attitude. not agreat customer service, but definitely a economics place to dine, buy more for less. very few staffs are friendly there.

Some of the dishes are still good, while others fall short. For instance, the Pho is not worth the money since it simply tastes average, and there are many other pho restaurants nearby with similar prices that serve much better pho. Recently, I witnessed an incident where the main woman who has worked there for years was shouting at a co-worker at the top of her lungs. I'm not sure if she's the manager, but the issue could have easily been resolved through a conversation. Regardless, it was not an appropriate way to treat someone. Although I couldn't understand what they were arguing about due to the language barrier, her tone was unacceptable. This woman is also quite unfriendly and overly focused on business. While I've experienced kindness from other staff members, every time I order from her, she appears cranky and rude. If she is indeed the manager, I believe she should be replaced by one of the other excellent employees who provide great customer service. I used to be a regular, but now I only visit occasionally because the quality has declined over the years. It's also inconvenient that their tap payment system hasn’t worked for the past five years; if I want to buy food, I must bring cash since they don’t accept Apple Pay or any form of tap payment.

The spring roll is enormous! Additionally, the vegetable pho broth is absolutely delicious.

I honestly wasn't expecting much, but I was really impressed with the food! It was delicious. However, I do wish they would serve a bit more broth, though I understand why they don't since they provide a generous portion of noodles. I ordered the small beef pho.
