Our server Hansel was fantastic. He paid great attention to detail. The food selection was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I recently had an incredible dining experience at Fontana Restaurant in the Biltmore Hotel. From the moment we entered, the elegance of the venue and the rich heritage of the Biltmore, a National Historic Landmark, set the stage for a memorable evening. Our server, Edwin, was a standout part of our visit. He provided outstanding service, blending professionalism with a genuinely warm demeanor. His patience was impressive, as he never hurried us through our meal or pressured us to order specific dishes. Instead, Edwin made thoughtful recommendations that enriched our dining experience, showcasing his extensive knowledge of the menu and wine selections. The ambiance at Fontana Restaurant beautifully complements the Biltmore Hotel's grandeur. The decor and atmosphere convey a blend of luxury and comfort, making it a perfect spot for both special occasions and casual fine dining. With its historical charm and culinary excellence, Fontana Restaurant offers a dining experience that's truly remarkable. The food was slightly on the salty side. However, the service was very enjoyable, and the waiter was attentive to my wife's birthday cake. The service charge was a bit surprising, as it wasn't included in the tip. The valet fees were $25, but they didn’t mention that a service charge would be added, yet they still expected a tip, which we did give. Aside from that, the overall experience was pleasant, and my wife particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating.

The best brunch i have ever been to! We were sat next to the fountain, delicious food, so many stations: raw (king crab legs, oysters, lobster, shrimp, sushi , caviar bar, paellas, pasta, meats (sirloin, lamb, chicken, turkey , cajun boil, omellette stations, croissants, fruits, desserts, icea cream…absolutley everything. The best part of it all, the service!!! We got as a server Taylor at first which was very welcoming and nice and attentive and then we moved tables because the sun was on top of us and taylor moved us to a different one (thank you!! and we got vanesa and edwin, amazing people, so nice and detailed, answered all of our questions and were smiling with a great attitude, they made our brunch experience wonderful!! Amazing service thank you vanesa and edwin!!! Will definitely come back! Thank you!! Highly recommended!
