Hillstone - Coral Gables

This is the best bar in South Florida. The atmosphere is unique, always happening, vivid, the good times are in the air. You can tell people are having fun and enjoying the moment. It is elegant yet casual and the service is superb. I love the food, but I like to est at the bar, because of its great atmosphere. There is never a dull moment ar that bar. Five stars all the way!

We live in Broward and come to Hillstone at least twice a month. The service is outstanding. The food is delicious with a great menu. We can't recommend it enough!

Hillstone had great, fast service and friendly staff despite the busy afternoon weekend hours. They just don't have any brunch entrees/deals. Would still recommend Hillstone :

The service is exceptional, and the food is fantastic. I'm particularly fond of their Lemon Drop Martini. The New York Steak is juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. I do miss their watercress side salad. The ribs, coleslaw, baked potato, and shoestring fries are all incredible. I also enjoy the ambiance of the place. The only downside is the long wait time for a table, but my husband and I usually take that opportunity to order appetizers and cocktails at the bar while we wait.

Fantastic restaurant! It was my first visit, and I had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, and the food was incredible! I highly recommend it and absolutely loved it!
