I had a fantastic experience with Holy Crab. They shipped to me outside of Florida, and the crabs arrived right on time and in excellent condition. They were incredibly tasty, and I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Unfortunately, the weather in our area has been terrible, which led to FedEx not delivering our last order of stone crabs in time for my husband’s birthday; they arrived three days late. When I reached out to Holy Crab about the issue, Lucas was incredibly responsive. He called me back right away—how often does that happen? He then generously offered to send us a new order with overnight delivery, which we happily accepted. However, for the second time in fewer than five days, FedEx failed to deliver our order on the promised date and time, and without any explanation. That frustration deserves another review! When I informed Lucas that the second order was delayed again, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he had already arranged for the order to be picked up by an Uber driver (a 45-minute journey from our home) and had it delivered to us within hours of the promised FedEx time. Needless to say, my husband was thrilled—a very happy birthday celebration, albeit a little late. Thank you so much, Lucas and the Holy Crab team, for demonstrating how much you care for your customers! I can’t wait to place another order.

I recently ordered stone crab from Holy Crab Delivery for myself and to send to clients for as a unique gift. It was hands down the best experience ever! Their Stone Crabs and Alaskan King Crabs are unbeatable! They were incredibly fresh and delicious, and their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Exceptional customer service! Holy Crab! ? The stone crabs were great! Fresh and tasty! I called and spoke with Lucas who took my order for Thanksgiving over the phone. Knowing it was for Thanksgiving, and only for four adults, he advised me to order two pounds of the medium sized claws. That was exactly the amount we needed. No leftovers; just enough to fill our tummies. The sauce was amazing as well! The claws were delivered as expected, cooked, cracked, and ready to eat! I highly recommend Holy Crab Delivery for all your stone and snow crab needs. Now I need them to sell Maryland Blue Crabs!
