This restaurant offers incredibly delicious food that tastes homemade, perfect for both dining in and takeout. The dishes are crafted by a talented chef, and everything is exceptional! They have a wonderful daily menu with a variety of options to choose from. Some of my personal favorites include the loaded mashed potatoes and the meatloaf. The desserts are also fantastic, especially the Nutella cheesecake and the chocolate chip cookie pie! This hidden gem in South Miami is definitely worth seeking out, despite being somewhat hard to find. Our group of four had a fantastic dining experience here. We ordered from both the dinner and lunch menus, as well as two of the daily specials. Everything we tried was exceptional. The service was friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to engage in conversation with others at our table.

As I settled in, I couldn't help but notice dishes being served around me, and the aroma of the Mac and Cheese nearby caught my attention. Two different versions were presented, both looking absolutely mouthwatering with cheese oozing from within. The smell was enticing, sparking my appetite, and I was ready to place my order. I chose the Meatloaf, which I believe is one of the chef's signature dishes, along with the Mac and Cheese and a Beet Salad topped with Goat Cheese and Chicken. The meatloaf was incredibly tender and moist, with a velvety texture and rich, meaty flavor. It delivered exactly what you hope for in a meatloaf, allowing you to savor each of its ingredients. I was left wanting more! The Mac and Cheese was exquisite, offering a delightful contrast of textures—crispy on top and creamy in the center. As for the Beet Salad, it featured fresh beets, goat cheese, and chicken served atop a mix of greens. It was wonderfully earthy and sweet, and the homemade vinaigrette beautifully complemented the sweetness of the beets. To top it all off, I indulged in the most delightful chocolate mousse I’ve had in years. It was light, frothy, chocolaty, and incredibly fresh. I highly recommend trying the mousse along with the Banana Bread. I've visited Mash Potatoes four times now, and each experience has been enjoyable and satisfying. The next time you find yourself craving a home-cooked meal, make sure to take a detour to Mash Potatoes!

Loved this place, small but the food is incredibly delicious! Mash potatoes is awesome. Friendly staff and courteous management. Good portions and great price. Also we had Thanksgiving dinner catered by mash potatoes and it was delicious. Definitely going back.

Our office has eaten multiple times Mash Potatoes (delivery). We are always pleased. A few highlights: truffle porcini mash (amazing flavor), Cajun Salmon (not too heavy on the spice) and the meat loaf (sizable portion). Highly recommend!
