Papa John's Pizza - Coral Gables

The delivery service was terrible. I asked the delivery person to leave the pizza at the front desk, but he insisted on giving it to me because he had too many other deliveries to make. He mentioned that he was only paid $7 an hour, but that was not my concern.

Adrian was incredibly friendly and provided excellent assistance in selecting a unique pizza to try. The pizza he made was outstanding!

Worst service ever. After 90min of waiting I called and they said that my order was going to take another hour. After another 60min the told me my ordered was canceled

Rude staff. I went to pick a pizza, a person was on front of the cashier ordering the pizza by phone and nobody came to give me my pizza that was ready for a while. Finally when i complain a guy came to give my pizza and a accusing me to be inpatient.It?s absurd that if I was only picking the pizza I have to wait for someone that is just starting to make an order.
