Our server Brandon was the best server we've had by far in all the years we have been going to Ruth Chris (The Gables) location. He was attentive, but not annoying . We had a pleasant dinner without interruptions. Happily celebrated my husband's birthday again here !
We had a fantastic evening. The food was delicious. Server Jennie Orduna was terrific a she was very friendly without checking in too often and delivering the courses at the right pace. Thank you.
Was a Saturday evening and our service was very good all-around. But was disappointed in general especially since have actually been to the original in New Orleans, and have nice memories from then. The rib-eye was so-so, a bit overdone, the baked potato also so-so and somewhat cold, my filet mignon was good though. Was annoying to have another attendant retrieving supplies in cabinet behind our table as place set-up too cramped. Restaurant was clean and all just too overpriced for the level of the meal served. Can't really recommend to friends.
Was really disappointed at our experience at this location. We have dined here several times before and boy has the place gone downhill. The food was not at the same level we have come to expect from a steakhouse that charges $60 plus for an a la cart steak poorly cooked flavorless. The portions were tiny but hey I get that shrinkflation is real. The side dishes were horrible the augratin potatoes felt like something that came out of a Denny's kitchen. The best and only decent part of the meal were the desserts coffee...my advice skip all the other mediocre items on the menu just for an after dinner cocktail dessert. Definitely did not feel that I got my moneys worth for $415 for a meal that tasted like it could have been from local outback. Such a shame because we have had such great meals there before....perhaps the management is to blame for the poor quality now?
