Starbucks Coffee - Coral Gables

One of my favorite starbucks for many years. Today was special because I met one of my favorite friends there.

I’ve been around every Starbucks near this one this is hands-down the best Starbucks around the area

I was shock when the lady told me, i have to give back the Sb cards that i already emptied?? Am i in diff. world??

The staff is super sweet and really nice but EVERYTIME I order mobile pick up my order is served cold and it's suppose to be hot. There hasn't been a time when I order my drink and it's prepared right. Ingredients are perfect, it's a simple order but it's suppose to be hot and EVERY SINGLE TIME it's served cold. They have offered to remake it for me a few times which is nice but defeats the purpose of mobile pick up when I have to wait for them to remake it.
