Best brisket I’ve eaten ever!! Hands down a quality meal!

I had the brisket with collard greens and mac-and-cheese for lunch, and it was very good. It is legitimately prepared and served bbq complete with a smoke ring and sauce was served on the side. It tasted like real low and slow wood smoked bbq, and the sides were obviously home made. This is how bbq is supposed to be prepared. The bbq served here rivals many of the brick and mortar places, and most of the other food trucks who serve their meat presauced. I will be back to Smoke Stack's House of BBQ again.

Best mac and cheese I've had in a very long time including my own!! Will definitely be back loved the ribs too!!
