If you want poor, overpriced cookies that a child could make better, this is the place for you. If you prefer to actually enjoy a cookie, you’ll be better off at any other cookie shop. You would be better off going to a grocery store and buying expired Chips Ahoy or moldy Oreos. It's more of a sound investment to throw your money in the garbage before spending it in this forsaken cookie hell.

Shame on BJ's management and staff for not enforcing limits on essential items! If you say it's a limit of 2, THEN ENFORCE IT!!!! Of course some people will follow the rules and then other idiots think it's ok to take 30 cases of water and not leave some for others! I only needed 2, but I watched so many others trying to grab some as others were so greedy, they did not care! Pretty sure you will lose many customers as I listened to so many complaining! Your staff and management should be ASHAMED of themselves! I will keep my Costco and Sams Club membership. At least they kept their limits!!!!

BJ's has good deals. I am in that store a lot. My last trip though but this one cashier was a sweetheart. She seems shy or quiet but she was funny and had manners. So even if the line was long and people are rude.... It's the Christmas rush ... and it was my second time back in that store and the people were impatient. Anisa made me laugh. Good customer service will make me come back to any store.

Literally the worst of the worst, every time I get to this store, I have a bad experience, management is clear and must be trained in customer service. An order for picking up after I have ordered is ready for picking up message went to the store and was told to wait 45 minutes to get my order, which is the point of a pickup service if I have to wait 45 minutes for my order after said it was ready.

People and management in business are very rude and really don't give a **** about the customer. I bought tires here and I thought the employees were kind of rude. I have a good deal on a tire, but after a few days I noticed that I didn't have the caps for the air trunk on all four tires. So I went back to get the caps and the guy in the tire shop says we didn't have them. I went to the main store and explained the situation to the manager and they said I have to go and buy the caps and then bring back the entrance for the caps and they will give me a loan, not a single I'm sorry for your inconveniences or anything that it is and if you don't like it too bad. I get a free card because my sister is a member, it doesn't cost me, but I would never pay for her service. Fully unprofessional
