Bj's Bakery - Coral Springs

This is quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Every time I visit this location, I leave disappointed. It's evident that the management needs proper training in customer service. I received a message that my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, I was told I had to wait 45 minutes for it. What's the point of a pickup service if I still have to wait so long after being informed that my order was ready?

People and management in business are very rude and really don't give a **** about the customer. I bought tires here and I thought the employees were kind of rude. I have a good deal on a tire, but after a few days I noticed that I didn't have the caps for the air trunk on all four tires. So I went back to get the caps and the guy in the tire shop says we didn't have them. I went to the main store and explained the situation to the manager and they said I have to go and buy the caps and then bring back the entrance for the caps and they will give me a loan, not a single I'm sorry for your inconveniences or anything that it is and if you don't like it too bad. I get a free card because my sister is a member, it doesn't cost me, but I would never pay for her service. Fully unprofessional

I’m visiting Ohio and I have to say I discovered a hidden gem. The Miami Cookie Company has some of the best cookies in Florida, and maybe even the entire USA! I really appreciated her unique approach to making the cookies reflect local flavors. The rum coconut and cinnamon sugar churros are absolutely incredible! You have to try them the next time you’re in South Florida. The combination of excellent service, high quality, and quickness makes this place unbeatable. The prices are a fantastic bargain compared to what you usually find. Thank you, Miami Cookie Company! You made my vacation even sweeter! Can’t wait to see you again soon!

I get all cakes for the family parties at BJs Parkland Fl.Great service and the bakers, even if through the years have changed, all were very helpful and professionals!!We got cakes with picture, collages, or just designs that my granddaughters liked!!Besides being day fresh, the prices are 50% less than any bakery or supermarket .

This experience was incredibly disappointing. If the staff isn’t willing to put in the effort, they shouldn't be in business. I read an article online stating that the item I needed was available at the warehouse near the Coral Source shop, so I went there looking for assistance. However, I was told they had already sold the last one. It seems like they didn't bother checking their inventory or their system accurately. This store is very close to my home, and as a BJ's member with a Mastercard, I expected better service. After this experience, I don’t plan to shop here again. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything, not even the other items in my shopping cart.
