Einstein Bros. Bagels - Coral Springs

I ordered a brisket sandwich often from this business and it was great, but today they didn't put enough brisket on my brot and it was mostly brot and ei. If I wanted an egg sandwich, I would have ordered an egg sandwich. then they have wrapped the sandwich so tight they can not see how much meat is on their sandwich until they come home or work to sit down and eat it. I am not satisfied with the service today!

Ordered 2 from my usual Nova Lox Bagel, for the first time at this place, unfortunately BOTH Bagels hardly had a cream cheese in it, did not taste the same, never again at this place?

I was not at one place, but I believed it for nostalgia and was really excited to go and the man was abandoned. it really had expired and I feel bad because obviously the pandemic clearly influenced the business at this place. the service was terrible. they were not rude, but they were very uninterested, I was the only place in the load, they worked on a pick-up job and had another waiting on the table to be picked up, but it took forever for them to make my order. I just ordered two things? it looked like they really struggle. Previously, I came here as much as a child and when I worked in an office, but it was awhile and I doubt I was back to this place, but hopefully not fold. only because they were part of my childhood, but otherwise I wouldn't be surprised. I hope it'll be better soon.

Had a pleasant experience with my best friend! she had a last minute catering and they finished it the next morning? I also had great customer service at the order. the energy she had on the morning was brilliant and the manager made sure we had everything!

Slooooowest service!! They don?t know their menu. When asked for double protein she looked at me like I was speaking a different language. No receipt was given. Took 45 mins to get my order and get food. The place needs to be cleaned and refreshed. Sitting at the window and it?s filthy!!!
